Playset Removal & Haul Away in Coppell

Wooden and metal playsets can be dismantled for removal after their anchors and access are reviewed. XB Junk Solutions LLC separates the play equipment scope from any surrounding play surface.

Typical size

One backyard playset with swings and climbing components

What we commonly haul

  • Wood tower panels
  • Wood support beams
  • Metal swing frames
  • Plastic slides
  • Swing seats
  • Swing chains
  • Climbing ladders
  • Monkey bars
  • Playset roof panels
  • Ground anchor hardware

What playset removal includes

Tall towers and long swing beams require a dismantling sequence rather than pulling the structure over. Rotted lumber, corroded bolts, and mixed wood-and-metal construction can increase handling time.

The approved scope identifies what will be dismantled, loaded, and hauled away. Demolition/tear-out is not included in standard junk-removal pricing; it is separately evaluated and quoted.

Prepare the structure and isolate utilities

Remove toys and personal items from the play area and keep children and pets away during work. Mulch, rubber surfacing, landscape borders, and buried play-area materials are not included unless specifically scoped.

The customer arranges disconnection of electricity, water, and gas before work, wherever present. The crew does not disconnect utilities; tell us about visible lines and any known concealed services before scheduling.

Access, anchoring, and limits of the work

Measure the narrowest gate and describe steps, slopes, tight turns, and the distance to a usable loading position. In Coppell’s established single-family neighborhoods, backyard layouts and homes built before 2000 can make the removal route worth checking before a visit.

Concrete footers and footings are evaluated separately, including extraction and disposal. Structural work attached to the home is evaluated case by case; only an accepted non-structural scope can proceed, and repairs, replacement construction, grading, and landscaping are not included unless expressly scoped.

Material handling and disposal boundaries

The quoted removal can cover approved materials such as wood tower panels, wood support beams, metal swing frames. Material type, debris weight, sharp edges, and the amount of disassembly affect handling and disposal planning.

Paint and liquids are not included in ordinary mixed-junk loads unless separately approved. Flag chemical containers, suspect hazardous materials, and unrelated debris before the visit; do not mix them into the dismantled materials, and do not assume every component can be recycled.

Photos and details for a useful quote

Send full views of the tower and swing span, close-ups of base anchors, and photos of the exit gate. Note approximate tower height and identify any concrete around support posts.

Contact XB Junk Solutions LLC at (214) 274-9094 with the photos, your Coppell location, and the desired timing. Explain what should remain in place so the on-site review can confirm the boundaries and price before work begins.

Pricing for this job

These jobs are priced by structure size, material, disassembly labor, anchoring, access, weight, and disposal volume, not ordinary fraction-of-truck pricing. Demolition/tear-out is not included in standard junk-removal pricing; it is separately evaluated and quoted. The scope and price are confirmed on site before work begins.

Medium Load

from $275

About a third of the truck — a bedroom or half a garage.

Same-day service may be available when scheduling permits; never guaranteed. Photos can support an initial review, but utility readiness, access, and the approved demolition scope must be checked before work.
