Terms of service
CoppellTexasJunkRemoval.com is a Coppell-area junk removal service operated by XB Junk Solutions LLC. These terms describe how estimates and jobs work.
Estimates
Photo and phone estimates are preliminary ranges. The crew confirms the final price on site, based on the actual items, before loading anything.
Scope
We remove only the items you approve. Demolition, tear-out, cabinet uninstall, and disconnection of plumbing or electrical fixtures are not included in standard pricing; any extra scope must be evaluated and quoted separately.
Pricing and payment
Pricing is based on volume, with weight, labor, access, disassembly and disposal fees also considered. The $99 price applies to one qualifying standard item. Payment is due when the job is complete unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing, such as a commercial invoice.
Scheduling
Appointments are confirmed by text or phone. Same-day service may be available when scheduling permits but is never guaranteed.
Access and authorization
You confirm that you own the items or are authorized to have them removed, and that the crew may access the areas involved. Any building approvals, elevator reservations, dock times or insurance certificates required by a property must be arranged before the visit.
Special and restricted items
Hazardous materials, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, medical waste and other regulated materials are not accepted in ordinary loads. Paint and other liquids, and heavy, oversized or specialty items, must be disclosed in advance and may be declined or quoted separately.
Additional work
If more items are added on site, or conditions differ from the photos, the crew will confirm any price change with you before continuing.
