No. Cypress Waters is located within Dallas city limits immediately adjacent to Coppell. The community shares Coppell ISD connections, but the City of Dallas provides municipal services. We serve both.

What we take
Hazardous materials such as chemicals, fuel, asbestos and medical waste. Paint and other liquids are not included in ordinary mixed-junk loads — ask first, since any approved paint pickup needs separate handling and pricing.
Many household appliances can be removed. Tell us the type and location; units with refrigerants or special disposal requirements may be priced differently.
Usable furniture and recyclable materials are separated when practical. Availability depends on condition and local outlets.
Yes — drywall, flooring, already-removed cabinets and other approved renovation debris. Demolition, tear-out and disconnection are not included in standard pricing and are quoted separately if available. Dense materials like concrete or tile are priced by weight as well as volume.
