What fence removal includes
Fence length, height, material, and vegetation along the line affect labor and handling. Posts set in concrete require separate evaluation, and removing the fence does not automatically include excavating every footing.
The approved scope identifies what will be dismantled, loaded, and hauled away. Demolition/tear-out is not included in standard junk-removal pricing; it is separately evaluated and quoted.
Prepare the structure and isolate utilities
The customer is responsible for clearing ownership, permission, and any shared or neighbor-fence issues before scheduling. Mark the exact start and stop points, secure pets, and plan any temporary enclosure you need after removal.
The customer arranges disconnection of electricity, water, and gas before work, wherever present. The crew does not disconnect utilities; tell us about visible lines and any known concealed services before scheduling.
Access, anchoring, and limits of the work
Measure the narrowest gate and describe steps, slopes, tight turns, and the distance to a usable loading position. In Coppell’s established single-family neighborhoods, backyard layouts and homes built before 2000 can make the removal route worth checking before a visit.
Concrete footers and footings are evaluated separately, including extraction and disposal. Structural work attached to the home is evaluated case by case; only an accepted non-structural scope can proceed, and repairs, replacement construction, grading, and landscaping are not included unless expressly scoped.
Material handling and disposal boundaries
The quoted removal can cover approved materials such as wood fence panels, individual wood pickets, wood fence rails. Material type, debris weight, sharp edges, and the amount of disassembly affect handling and disposal planning.
Paint and liquids are not included in ordinary mixed-junk loads unless separately approved. Flag chemical containers, suspect hazardous materials, and unrelated debris before the visit; do not mix them into the dismantled materials, and do not assume every component can be recycled.
Photos and details for a useful quote
Send photos along the entire fence run, both ends, gates, and representative post bases. Provide approximate length and height and explain whether access is available from your side only.
Contact XB Junk Solutions LLC at (214) 274-9094 with the photos, your Coppell location, and the desired timing. Explain what should remain in place so the on-site review can confirm the boundaries and price before work begins.
