Identify electronics that need separate review
Provide a count of televisions, computers, monitors, and printers rather than describing everything as a box of electronics. Include screen sizes and identify older tube-style televisions or monitors because their weight and receiving requirements differ.
Photograph cracked screens, exposed components, or other visible damage without handling sharp pieces. Acceptance and any additional handling requirements must be checked before those items are added to the load.
Protect your data before pickup
Back up files and remove personal data from computers, phones, storage devices, and connected electronics before handoff. Sign out of accounts and follow the device manufacturer's instructions for secure erasure where applicable.
Data wiping is the customer's responsibility and is not included in removal. Pickup does not provide secure data destruction, chain-of-custody documentation, or a destruction certificate; arrange a separate specialist if you need those services.
Prepare screens and check the removal route
Disconnect accessible power and signal cables and keep small accessories together. Leave heavy televisions in place rather than carrying them downstairs or balancing them near the door.
Send photos of stairs, doorways, and the route to parking for large screens or bulky printers. Wall-mount removal, built-in cabinet alterations, and hardwired disconnection are not included unless an appropriate separate scope is approved.
Use item-specific disposal and recycling routing
Electronics should be reviewed for receiving-facility acceptance rather than automatically treated as ordinary household debris. Responsible routing depends on device type, condition, and available disposal or recycling options; a pickup does not guarantee that every component is recycled.
Report loose, swollen, leaking, or damaged batteries before booking and do not place them in an unmarked box. Paint/liquids and hazardous materials are not included in ordinary mixed-junk loads unless separately approved; do not assume damaged batteries are accepted.
Share quantities, weight, and access for pricing
Send a group photo plus readable model labels where available, and note whether items are upstairs or in storage. Identify large CRT units and heavy printers so the quote can account for handling and destination requirements.
Small electronics and heavy specialty electronics do not necessarily have the same pricing basis. Call (214) 274-9094 to confirm the scope; same-day pickup may be available when scheduling permits; never guaranteed.
Pricing for this job
Specialty or heavy electronics are quoted individually by weight, access, stairs, and handling and do not fit the qualifying single-item pickup from $99 tier. Heavy/oversized/specialty items, including pianos, treadmills, and safes, are quoted separately; electronic device type and receiving requirements also affect the quote. The price is confirmed on site before loading.
Medium Load
from $275
About a third of the truck — a bedroom or half a garage.
