Detached appliances ready for hauling
Pickup covers approved household units that are disconnected and safely accessible for removal. Tell us whether the load is one washer, a laundry pair or several kitchen appliances because each unit adds weight and truck space.
A built-in appliance must be detached from cabinets and mounting hardware before ordinary hauling begins. Cabinet cutting, countertop removal, installation of replacements and repairs are not standard appliance-removal services.
Arrange utility work before the appointment
Customer disconnects water/gas/electrical before pickup; refrigerant-containing appliances need proper handling. Use a qualified professional where needed for gas lines, hardwired electrical connections, water shutoffs and any required capping or securing of supplies.
Do not expect the hauling crew to disconnect a gas dryer or pull a still-connected dishwasher out of a cabinet. Report a leaking valve or uncertain connection before pickup so removal is not attempted while the appliance remains attached.
Count, weight and access shape the quote
Send an appliance photo and any visible size or model information without moving a heavy unit just to find it. State whether a washer still holds water, whether an oven is already detached and whether several units need removal.
Photograph stairs, narrow utility-room doors and the path to parking. Heavy washers, stacked configurations and long carries may require different labor, so the qualifying single-item tier is only a starting point for suitable units.
Empty, drain and clear the route
Empty every unit and drain accessible residual water according to the manufacturer’s instructions after safe disconnection. Secure loose racks and hoses, and keep the floor dry so the carrying route is safe.
Put cleaning products and other unrelated materials aside rather than inside an appliance. Paint/liquids: not included in ordinary mixed-junk loads unless separately approved. For a replacement delivery, coordinate the hauling window separately from the installer’s work.
Pricing for this job
Volume tiers include qualifying single-item pickup from $99, small $149, medium $275, large $475, and full load $700+. Weight, stairs, long carries and disassembly can shift the price; heavy/oversized/specialty items quoted separately. The price is confirmed on site before loading.
Medium Load
from $275
