Storage Unit Cleanouts in Coppell, Texas

Empty unwanted contents from a Coppell storage unit with a plan that matches the facility’s access rules. XB Junk Solutions LLC reviews the contents, loading route, and deadline before scheduling removal.

Typical size

Small locker contents to multiple loads

What we commonly haul

  • Storage totes
  • Cardboard cartons
  • Shelving units
  • Sofas
  • Mattresses
  • Bed frames
  • Desks
  • Chairs
  • Suitcases
  • Bagged clothing

Unit dimensions are a starting point

A 5-by-5 unit and a 10-by-20 unit suggest different planning needs, but dimensions alone do not establish the load size. Stack height, furniture shape, and the amount being kept determine what actually leaves.

Choose between clearing the entire authorized inventory and removing only marked items. Shelving and storage totes can be included when they belong to you and are not facility fixtures.

Facility requirements before arrival

Ask the facility about contractor entry, gate codes, office check-in, truck restrictions, and permitted work hours. Indoor units may require a freight elevator reservation or a specific loading entrance.

Confirm whether the account holder must be present and what the facility requires for a completed move-out. Removing contents does not automatically end rental billing or satisfy a required inspection.

Estimate the route as well as the contents

Send photos from the doorway plus an inventory of heavy or hidden items. Describe whether the unit is drive-up, upstairs, or reached through a long interior corridor.

Access-hour limits, elevator waits, and repeated trips from the unit to the truck affect labor. Confirm the on-site price before loading and agree on how any newly revealed contents will be handled.

Prepare the unit and flag excluded materials

Remove records and keepsakes first, and mark any contents that must stay. If clearing after an auction or ownership transfer, have documentation establishing your authority and follow the facility’s instructions for personal records.

Paint/liquids: not included in ordinary mixed-junk loads unless separately approved. Demolition/tear-out: not included in standard junk-removal pricing; separately evaluated and quoted. Already-removed cabinets can be evaluated as renovation debris; tear-out is not automatically included.

Pricing for this job

Residential volume tiers are qualifying single-item pickup from $99, $149 small, $275 medium, $475 large, and $700+ full load; heavy/oversized/specialty items are quoted separately. The price is confirmed on site before loading, with access, labor, and multiple loads reviewed for the actual scope.

Medium Load

from $275

About a third of the truck — a bedroom or half a garage.

Common questions

Dimensions help with planning but do not show how tightly the unit is packed. Photos, an inventory, and an on-site review provide a more useful scope.
Confirm the facility’s requirements and how entry and disposal approval will work. Do not assume a gate code alone is sufficient authorization.
No. Arrange notice, inspection, lock removal, and account closure directly with the facility.
The removal scope can be reviewed once your authority and facility requirements are established. Separate personal records or other items the facility requires you to retain or return.
Arrange authorized access with the facility before pickup. Lock cutting or forced entry is not included in ordinary hauling.
Share the access window and inventory before booking. The planned scope must fit available access time, and a large unit may need more than one visit.
